Programme

Day (1) : Arrival Cairo - Welcome to Egypt

Arrival to Cairo Airport, meet and assist by our representative, you will be escorted to Cairo Hotel, Dinner and overnight in Cairo Hotel. (Dinner included)

Day (2) : Pyramids, Sphinx, Egyptian Museum

Full day visit to the famous Pyramids. The Great Pyramid of Cheops which was built by manual labor, is the largest of the three main Pyramids and is the only survivor of the Seven Great Wonders of the Ancient World, the Pyramid of Chephren, which is the best preserved, and the Pyramid of Mycerinus. Nearby see the Sphinx, a marvelous sight carved out of a natural rocky outcrop, the lion's body stretching 45m, with its paws 15m long. We will visit the Papyrus Institute and learn how paper was made in ancient times followed by shopping in the Papyrus Museum, Perfume factory shop. Lunch in local restaurant market then Continue to visit the Egyptian Museum where two hours are spent at the richest Museum worldwide accompanied by our guide & enjoying his explanation about the history specially the King Tut’s part with the master piece his golden mask, transfer back to the hotel, dinner and overnight. (Breakfast, Lunch Dinner included).

Day (3) : Fly to Aswan, Aswan Sightseeing

Breakfast then Check out from Cairo Hotel at morning, transfer to Cairo airport to fly to Aswan (1.15 hour), arrive to Aswan Airport, meet by your guide and start the tour in Aswan to visit the famous High Dam, majestic Philae temple of devotion to the two goddesses Isis and Hathor, then transfer to Nile Cruise 5* deluxe, check in and get your lunch, afternoon enjoy by free tour at River Nile by Felucca ride for an hour, Dinner and overnight on board. (Breakfast, lunch, dinner included).

Day (4) : Kom Ombo Temple

Breakfast and lunch on board; after lunch you’ll sail to Kom Ombo, where you’ll encounter the twin temple of Kom Ombo, where you’ll learn about the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus, whose monuments decorate each half of the temple. sail on to Edfu, overnight at Edfu. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner included).

Day (5) : Edfu and Luxor Temple

After breakfast transfer by horse carriage to visit the Temple of Edfu, the best-preserved temple of the ancient world. The structure is dedicated to Horus, the falcon god. Transfer back to the ship by horse carriage, lunch on board, afternoon tea and a leisurely ride to Esna, across Esna Lock then Arrive to Luxor around 16.00, enjoy by visiting Luxor Temple https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luxor_Temple in the evening, Dinner and overnight on board.

Day (6) : Luxor sightseeing – Cairo

Breakfast then check out from the cruise and across to west bank of Luxor to visit Valley Of Kings https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valley_of_the_Kings and visit the tombs included, then visit to Alabaster factory with option of shopping there then visit to mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was built by the architects of the New Kingdom during the 15th century BCE at Deir El-Bahari. You’ll proceed to the towering Colossi of Memnon, then get the lunch at local restaurant, after that across to east bank to visit Karnak Temple https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karnak, Transfer to Luxor airport to fly to Cairo, arrive Cairo airport, meet and assist then transfer to your hotel in Cairo, check in Cairo hotel, overnight. (Breakfast and lunch included).

Day (7) : Check out from Cairo Hotel

Breakfast then Check out from Cairo Hotel, Transfer to Cairo Airport for final departure. (Breakfast included).

Optional tour to Abu Simbel: (With extra charge) our representative will pick you up by a modern airconditioned coach to enjoy a small group tour to Abu Simbel. The two Temples of Abu Simbel, with their unique style, are considered to be the masterpieces of ancient Egypt. They reflect the glory and grandeur of the new Kingdom. The Egyptian government and UNESCO decided to co-operate in order to save these temples from the flood. The Temple of Ramsses II was dedicated to the four universal gods Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, AmunRe, and to Ramsses II himself. The great Abu Simbel temple is also called The Sun Temple of Ramssess II.The Temple of Queen Nefertari is also Called Temple of Hathor who was the wife of the Sun God so in a symbolic way, the two Temples, that of Ramsses II and that of Nefertari, bring Ramesses II, Nefertari, Hathor and the Sun God together as one. Later on, you will be escorted back from Abu Simbel to your Cruise in Aswan. (Tour start at 04.00 and arrive back to Nile Cruise at 12.30).
