Aq Mostly good. Staff were welcoming, friendly and hospitable. Food wasn’t too bad, but for the price we paid, I couldn’t complain at all! The beach and the surroundings were clean.
Bathroom was dirty. Had to call them to clean it. No bedsheet replacement and no tissue provided after the first day!

Mohamed No, nothing was wright, every thing was poor, the air condition wasn't working and also was a leek from the shower it was so bad so that I fall and I bang my head on the floor and I was conscious for two and half hour and I wake up half way to Cairo in the ambulance and I had to do xray on my brain and my neck. I was very lucky, because was no damage to the brain or my kneck. My holiday was horrible, I have never experienced any thing like it. So would you refund my money back. Also I have All the xrays and the reports from the hospital and the ambulance.
