  The place is very peaceful and simple. There are nice animations at night with live music and shisha. The spa is outstanding. The staff is very pleasant and ready to help immediately when needed.

  When we arrived, the room was not clean and we had to complain to the reception about it. The heated pool is not included in the price because it’s part of the spa services. This was not clearly stated from the beginning. Guests at the hotel pay the same rate to enter this pool as regular visitors who just take a day use. The buffet is nice and changes every day but we had diarrhea immediately and for the whole stay.

  The location is perfect and the hote facility is great

  The room wasn’t ready for checkin and there was a mess in the reciption during check in time,, many things was missing from the room. The buffet was not good and there was a shortage in the stuff number
